Thanks Ana - the story sounded wonderful so I couldn't resist trying the demo & despite being bored after 15 mins I did battle the whole hour to give it a fair chance!

I really liked the art-style but having said that there was a scene which wasn't consistent with the rest of it as were some of the character drawings - it looked as if two completely different artists had thrown bits in! The music was pleasant.

The story picked up towards the end of the demo but it was so simplistically told! The gameplay was awkward, hotspots weren't highlighted (maybe my PC?) & no clues as to what you were supposed to do next. Inventory items weren't labelled so it wasn't always clear what exactly you had picked up (so you don't know how to use them) & objects in HO screens were so small & undefined it was a case of clicking on anything that looked out of place in the hope it was something on the list! I didn't find any flow or logic to the game without repeatedly having to use the hint button (which does recharge quite quickly) to find out what to do next!

I hate to down a game but I would recommend trying it first! - I thought it was pretty awful! smile

Thank you for your thoughts, chrissie; I think it's great that you gave the demo the full 1-hour trial before rendering your opinion of it. wave
