I've been following that riddle that begins with the fortune teller, and I got to the part where you're supposed to check the basement/generator room and there should be a crumbled wall over by the electrical panel. When I get there, it's still hidden. Is there something else I'm supposed to do to trigger this? Thanks!

This is from the walkthrough here: Work you way down to the generator room and find the breaker panel. If it is not open, then you haven't done enough of the game.

This walkthrough states:When all nine Ixupi (except Electrical) have been captured, go to the now-open electrical panel in the Museum Power Plant (Basement).
