Hi Folks, Doing a replay of Voyage. I am unable to figure out how to "do the math" and enter the correct amount in left and right boxes in order to get the door to the laboratory open up. It is a random puzzle which doesn't help much but any suggestions would be much appreciated. The number on the floor is 22 I know that and say the number on the left square is a line with a dot (6) and the right is three lines with 4 dots (19)what would need to be entered to get it to open? Or if all else fails a saved game from the laboratory being open pretty please???

I started this game, once, but didn't make it as far as you have! Have you checked the two GB walkthroughs here for tips -- MaG and Malcolm Schmidt have written excellent ones.

Otherwise let's wait and see if anyone here can remember and offer suggestions.

Left - 6
Right - 19

Tell me what is on the wall box - left and right box.

Hey Mag - all's well - how is everything going for you? On the wall left box is 4 dots and the right is 3 bars and 4 dots.

Let's see.

Left wall: 4 dots = 4
Right wall: 3 bars and 4 dots = 15 + 4 = 19

Left Floor: line with a dot = 6
Right floor: three bars with 4 dots = 19

Right box: 19 + 19 = 38 (carry the 20 to the left as 1) = 18
Left box: 4 + 6 + 1 (carried from right box) = 11

Enter on the wall:
left box = 2 bars and 1 dot = 11
right box = 3 bars and 3 dots = 18
