I just downloaded this game from the adventure shop and it is in German. I played the demo in English so I assumed the game would be in English as well. Does anyone know how to change the language from German to English?

I'd recommend that you write The Adventure Shop and tell them about the language problem and see if they can straighten this problem.

Also another thought - check the manual that is in the installed folder - if it is in a translatable format - to see if there is a language change possibility.

I have the same problem. I could not find any translation available in the game folder, so I emailed The Adventure Shop. After hours of downloading, I find this very disappointing!!

I sent out a message also last night. Waiting for clarification.

I just heard from The Adventure Shop. They made an error and sent out the wrong language files. New ones were included in their email. Good luck to everyone.

I went back and looked on the Adventure Shop and it sure does say German for the language. I didn't notice before because the demo was in English as well as the walkthrough and review. I will also contact the Adventure Shop.

For those of you interested in downloading Deponia - Gamersgate has it on sale for $ 15.99. Here's hoping it's in English
