I am trying to do the 4 sons of Horus panel. I have the four disc and I knw where to place them. But it says I need to look for a clue elsewhere and to check the journal. I have done that but I cannot place the disc. What am I missing.

Remember that hieroglyph on the wall at top right of the entrance. Bsure that you have translated that.

Then go outside and call Professor Hotchkiss and trade gossip (info about the son of Horus).

I have done all of that and I have moved on. But I am stuck in the tomb. I am to translate the plaque under her hands. It says I need to translate this...How do I translate,where do I go next?

Is this the plaque with picture squares of God's heads?

If so, have you raised the columns and checked where it leads?
Have you clicked and looked at the mural on the wall up there?
Have you translated the hieroglyphs above this puzzle?

This is the one inside the tomb. Yes I have raised the columns. Which other translations do I need? I think I have done them all...

You should translate all the glyphs that you have seen. Then there will be words that are repeated and you can translate this one.

OR you can just click on the quick translate and it will be done for you.

Or just look at the solution on the picture above and just enter it.

I cannot get to that translation. It will not open up for translation. I have translated the hieroglophs in the tomb above the light also the one by the 4 disc puzzle. Is there another hieroglophs that I need to translate before I can do the one in the tomb?

Check the walkthrough and see which hieroglyphs you have not translated.

As for the plate translation click on the plate and then type in the translation - the solution is already shown on the picture above.

I have gone over the WT again...I have missed the translation of the glyphs where Abdullah is. How do I get him to leave so I can do the translation there?

Oh gee, I really do not know if you could for this particular spot.
If it is the glyph on the top of the ladder - you can just climb and do that one even if he's there.

Hi maxwell,

You need to have found both number sheets to help you solve the puzzle.

You also need to have read the instruction manual which is on the floor to the left of the bed as you look at the trunk.

Then for the trunk itself:

See colored squares with numbers. This means that there should be that many squares of that color there. The similar colored squares can only be in horizontal or vertical or block arrangement.

Click-hold on a colored square and then move to cover the number of squares you want colored.

If you're doing the amateur puzzle, the solution is this - after you have done the things Rushes pointed out in her post.

- Click-hold move the cursor to the specified number of squares stated.

My saves aren't labelled, maxwell. Hopefully you can get through with the help of the screenshot above. Keep us posted.
