Hi guys,

I'm on what I believe is the last puzzle - the machine with the lever and the 3 buttons. I think it's connected somehow with the drawing behind the curtain but I can't think how. I thought it might have been the rocks or position of the chimneys, and there aren't really any other trees around to look at to find the combination. There's also the matter of the diagram with the two electrical poles. If I work out how many of each poles I end up with 10 and 6 which doesn't really help me. I'd prefer not to use a walkthrough or major hints - that's just how I work smile

Thanks.

It's in the portrait hallway, at the end. It looks like a slot-machine with a giant lever.

There are 3 column of numbers.

There is a window that looks out at trees in the hallway before you reached this end of the hallway - Study it.
Then press the lever and then check the window again.

Then, remember these:
There are 2 boxes on the other wall.
The lever is blue.
The wire-cable that leads to this from the door 4 outside by the water is blue.
Door 4 has a puzzle that is based on sunrise-sunset.
luck

My god! I can't believe I was so thick. I was looking at the rocks on the diagram and going all over the map to find something similar and somehow passed over the thing right next to the puzzle! *slaps forehead*.

Thanks, now I'm going to go sulk for needing a hint

Oh don't do that. Join the club. I needed hints a lot while playing this game.
