Hi Chuck, From an older post by MaG: Click on one arrow and as soon as the statue leans to the farthest point - click on opposite arrow. It will swing wider. Do this until Nina automatically enters the window. Does that help?

Hi Rushes....I have done this a hundred of times and no luck..either game or my PC not performing right..saw U-Tube and looked easy..will keep trying..thanks for help..Chuck..

Quite a few gamers have had trouble with this part. It's tricky for sure. Keep at it, but if you still have trouble, let us know. Edit: Just saw your edited post -- great stuff!

Hi Chuck, do you have your hotspots enabled? Try hitting your spacebar, that should reveal exactly where the iron bar is hiding.
