I played a few games made by Jonathan Boakes and for this i know, they start slow, they give you time to acclimatize. You have all the time to look around and wonder what happens. It takes time for a good story to unfold. I love this. But i know most people don't. Perhaps you will like these games better when you go on. You should give it a try. They are both worth it.

The Lost Crown was an amazing experience. It was more than a game, it made you a part of it. The further you get the more it draws you in.

chesnut...The Lost Crown was a real experience for me.....I don't know how to put it in words, but.....I did cry at the church....The game gets very emotional..... I guess I just put my experience in so many words......You will love the game..... You have to experience the story, and get into the country.... The game is very deep.....Take your time...You will enjoy it....

For me, the ranking is: TLJ The Lost Crown Syberia All three are fantastic games, though, and all three had me completely immersed in their worlds. Personally, I prefer games that start more slowly, as you have time to really explore the characters and the environment. So excited that all of these games are getting well deserved sequels.
