I can't believe I'm the only Boomer having trouble with Big Fish Site.It won't take my original pw or the new pws they've been sending for over a week.I feel so helpless at this point

Did you by any chance changed the setting of your cookies.

You might need to enter Big Fish on your allow cookies list.

MaG I didn't change anything. this is such a helpless feeling. At least mj2c made me laugh. Not much of that going on.

I really appreciate all of your help.BFG didn't even do that. they just kept sending new passwords. They shoulb be running out of them soon.

Dumb suggestions just in case it is something going on at your end.

Restart your computer. I know, but sometimes that fixes things I thought were broken.

Restore to an earlier point in time. I've seen all sorts of advice that says that seldom helps anything but it's helped me more than once.

At least, you'll have tried something else. Btw, has BigFish tech help had any suggestions for you?

What Gil said - a reboot can work wonders if you're one of those who doesn't turn their computer off. Also, be sure you clear your browser cache.

I turn the computer on every 7 a,m, and off at 12 midnight. All BFG has done is send me n ew passwords, Just doesn't work. They are really not much help. I'm just a little old fish in a big sea.yes, thanks. Cookies arre turned on also.

I know BigFish has Tech Help (or whatever they call it). Forget the password people and get in touch with them.

Could this have to do with your antivirus' Internet security settings?

MaG, where do I go to see if it's a site not safe for me?

Have you tried Big Fish Customer Service ? After 13 years, with all the games you must have bought from them, they OWE you an answer for your problem getting the site to accept your password.

The link goes to the Help form you fill out on-line. Down at the bottom, they also have a snail mail address for Big Fish you can use, as well as an email address.

Gil, Thanks for replying. I do value every help hint, and I do try them if I haven't before. I send messages to them everyday 3 or 4 times. My reply is always "didn't help" Sometimes it works once.

They are supposed to be tech experts. If that's the best they can do, write directly to the owner of Big Fish and tell him you cannot access 13 years worth of games you've bought from them and maybe he will encourage them to find a workaround. They should be able to do something, even if it's creating a new account for you and transferring all the games to it.

Once that's done, don't ever sign out of BigFish!

Is the problem with signing in with your web browser?
Or is it with signing in with your Big Fish Game Manager?

If it's with signing into the website, the password to sign in to post on the forum may be a different password than the password to sign in to buy and download your games.


If you have a secondary email account, try creating a new account at Big Fish and see if you can log into it. If you still have problems, the problem is not with your old account.

Still trying. Just wanted all of you good GameBoomers who have tried to help me to know I think this is the greatest site on line and all the are here because they are the kindest and most caring. I went to aol thinking they had a way of contacting BFG. Evidently not. They want me to pay a technician 30.00 dollars up front to help. No dice! I've had the best people right here trying to help. Maybe I've bought so many games thy don't have room for me any more>

Patsy, one of the things Jenny suggested that I don't see that you answered... did you try a different browser? I assume you're using Internet Explorer? Did you try Firefox or Chrome?
