I'm not sure. This is what MaG's walkthrough says:

See Brian through the window where Gina's scarf is hanging (also a cockroach).
Move cursor to bottom of the screen, click and be at other side of the laundry room.
Climb up to small grilled window. Take scarf-rag.

Are you looking at the correct window?
