Despite the ever more teetery stack of "not yet played" games looking down at me from my shelves, I just couldn't resist a replay of "Lost Horizon" - and I have not been disappointed !! I'm about two thirds of the way through now and so far it seems to have been even better than I remembered from the first time The trouble is, I could too easily be tempted into more replays. There are just so many goodies to choose from. And indeed, "Blade Runner" already seems to be exerting intense magnetism even as I type

I loved the game also. Glad you are enjoying it a second time through.

I've been playing Lost Horizon off and on for the past few days. Just getting started in Chapter 2, but am enjoying the story, dialogue, and gameplay. It seems mainly inventory puzzles, at least so far. This is my first time to play it. Lots of fun.
I've played Jack Keane, Broken Sword 1-3, 80 Days, Runaway 1 & 2, and Diamon Jones 1-3--and now Lost Horizon. All the heroes in these have a similar kind of personality and humor, I think.

I too just recently started playing Lost Horizon. It's the best adventure game that I've played in a good while and I'm really enjoying it. Amazon has it on for $2.49 download , unbelievable! To anyone that's not played it yet I would recommend it. Terri

There's a lot of dialogue and cut scenes. Sometimes I feel like it's more of an interactive movie. But I'm still only about half-way through. Not difficult. Entertaining. It's typical of inventory-puzzle games. Most of the time, the inventory choices make sense; sometimes the solutions are just off the wall.

I consider Lost Horizon to be reminiscent of the older (fabulous) traditional Adventure games - such as the early Broken Swords etc. Most of which were inventory-puzzle based games and many of which are still amongst my favourites and still re-played !! So if you're not a fan of that style, Lost Horizon might not appeal.
