Has anyone played this game yet..im stuck trying to build a helicopter and coulduse some help...there isnt any walkthrough to help me...

I did not find any walkthrough for this game. Let's hope that someone is playing this puzzle game and can help us.

I am just now playing this game and I am stuck on Chapter 6 but I can't get the link above to work I copied it the way it was but it said access forbidden or something like that. Can someone help me? I don't know what to ask the man after I buy something from him.
