" I hope some of these folks take the advice that was given to sign on with GameBoomers. Might help them to lighten up on BFG a bit. smile." Or, alternatively, let them first visit one of the many truly BAD sites there are out there before coming to a fantastic one like Gameboomers and then they might come to realise just how good BigFish is

Bernie! Haha-nope still not a fan of new 'app'. would like to see a stripped down version-I get quite a few games so mainly I look at Today's game-check the Forum on it to see if any tech issues - read reviews and that's about it - sometimes a walkthrough. Don't want to see info about other games in the app(most not interested in to begin with)-Just would like to pick my game and download it. My laptop just doesn't need more stuff using up resources it or I don't need. I do understand that others with different devices or whatever may really like the new app and that's fine-just sometimes 'less is more'. HOWEVER-I Do like Big Fish. Like their games and when had an issue with a game not running (think in over 4yrs there've been 2, maybe 3 only) they were good to give credit. Just have an issue with the new App (also didn't like the previous GM for same reasons). I have heard from several others that also feel the same way-maybe they'll come out with another version without all the extra stuff that people can get instead of only this current one.

That all very interesting. It's probably good BFG closed their CCC forum since it's probable there will be many not happy with the changes. But businesses have to make decisions that keep them viable.

Thanks, BrownEyedTigre Hopefully, despite all the restructuring etc, BigFish won't move away from the "Games for PC" market.

There is no reason to be worried about BigFish. They are a very proactive company as opposed to reactive which will ensure their continued success. Most companies end up going under because they wait until they are doing poorly before adjusting how they do business and then it's generally too late. BigFish continually accesses what works and what doesn't before it can sink them. I would not worry about the games you purchased. Ana
