i just can`t figure out how to make those cookies, i need money to buy food but this is holding me up.

Doug,

Study the cookie you need to copy at right.

Add ingredients from bottom up.
You have the base already in front of you.
Check if it needs jam by the color. Then add the jam it needs.
Check it has a top cookie. If so, it is at top left.
See if you need to cutout the top cookie. There should be a shape on top layer.
Then see i you need sprinkles or glaze.

Just watch for the layers. There are several layer puzzles in this game
