I too have had this problem for some time. With a few of us having the same problem, it must be something from their end. I don't mind downloading from the purchase history, but I was wondering why?

I agree with everybody. If I just boot up my computer and download a game from BF, it's fine. However, if my computer has been on for awhile, I have to reboot to get a game to download correctly. Hope they fix this.

I have deeted all bfg files excet my current games. I can' download any BFG. Last night I couldn.t downoad or play. Had a permanent blinking cursor. So no bfg until they find a cure. I can't do anything BF, even report this.

Run ccleaner (both cleaning and registry cleaner) and malwarebytes and see what happens.
