I can't get the water blessing(offering)your suppose to get in
st.anneka's well.it says to get in close up light blue candle and
then light the brown candle and it is suppose totake you out of
close up and you to see fog and that's when you click on your
egg cup to get you offering.but I light the 2 candle and nothing happens
can someonehelp please.thanks

There are two candles that appear brown(ish) -- be sure that you're lighting the correct one, along with the blue as per this screenshot:
