Unbelievable... Do they really think each Dell computer manufactured had an individual toiling away with installing the OS and all the crapware for hours on each one? One image distributed out to 1 million computers - done.

Dell claims the charge is for the time it takes to install FireFox. But Mozilla sent the writer a Ts&C which states no charge may be assessed for distribution of FireFox. If there is a charge, FireFox must be renamed with no reference to Mozilla.

Seems to me someone is going to be getting a refund. A lot of someones.

Almost as bad as Pc World (Uk chain of pc shops) trying to you get you to pay for defraging and backing up your computer!
