maggie, Drac has a post at the top of this forum regarding windows 7 games that can be played and those that need tweaking ... go look....
taken from her post: Syberia 1 I had absolutely no problems with game installation or play. However, the Alt/Tab was a bit glitchy. It's been a long time since I played the game, so I don't remember if it was like that before or not.
Syberia 2

Let us know how it goes, maggie! You know there was a Syberia 2 and I think Syberia 3 is in the works too.

Drac and Winfrey, thanks so much for your help. I am going to put Syberia on, how I wish they had made another one, I do not know how many times I played it. I will check the games for windows 7, I have been off for a few years now and I am back on for good, I have missed my games. Thanks again so much Maggie Syberia 3 is still in development

Yes, there was a patch for Syberia 1 if Kate was walking as though she were in mud. I didn't need it for my Windows 7. Same thing on my Windows 8... I seem to remember it had to do with whether your processor had hyperthreading or not.
