Have you played the first Witcher game? It is point and click and absolutely amazing - especially the ever so yummy Geralt! Hands down, the best opening cutscene ever... I believe GOG has it for $9.99. The Witcher

Have you looked at Draclvr's "List" (of games that will play on Win7) at the top of the Glitches Board, maggie57 ?? There's bound to be something on it that would interest you

Hi Maggie Have yo played these games from http://basiliskgames.com/And by these I mean Eschalon Book 1-3 I've played the demo of Book 1. And it is a point and click game. And it is also very nice to play  Have you played Risen 1, 2 and 3 (If 3 is even out now?) They are also point and click games. There is also Freyed Knights, a game which does have a lot self irony about the whole rpg genre.
Adventure gaming is fun
