I have been a BFG game club member since 2009. My membership is still active and I have not changed my email address. I always received todays game or tommorows game via email each day preceily at 6:16 est. As of late I have not been getting a daily notification from BFG. I'm missing out on sales espicaly buy one get one free at regular price not retail price. Se & Ce's. Am I doing something wrong? My accoutn is up to date. I know they did away with live chat, so sad. Have they done away with daily notifications? I know that they are very busy. If yu have a glitch in a game they quickly offer you a cupon code but do not have the time to tell you if a fix is in the works for the game because others are having the same problem. No I have not sent them an email asking what is up with my account. I thought I would try all of you first. Thanks

marian I have been daily notification by email for five or six years. Something has happend to my account. I have gone two weeks with out a daily notification.

Chick, I'm with Marian, I get the mail everyday without fail. You may check in your spam folder or with your internet provider to see if they are holding it as spam mail. Sometimes they do that if a company does large mass mailings. I would check that and if that's okay, check with BigFish.

This happened to me a few years ago. BF was puzzled as to why I was no longer receiving notifications. I believe that they advised me to put their multiple addresses in my "safe senders" category in my e-mail program. Eventually it was sorted out. Jeanne
