I was happily playing along, clicking on locks and forgot two keys. Any chance I can go back and get those keys? The locations are no longer among the map choices. Maybe at the end of the game?

Are the two keys like a Collectible or do they serve a purpose in the game? If it's a Collectible it probably won't let you go back, but occasionally you revisit a closed area.

I think you have to find a total of 25 keys and 25 locks if you want to unlock unlimited mode. So, I think it's okay if you have missed a couple of keys; you should still be able to unlock unlimited mode if you find at least 25 (I think you get more than 25 scenes during the course of the game).

no these keys are suppose to be collected at the same time as the lock they go with.

I hope I'm correct - I am pretty sure that you visit each scene more than once so hopefully you can accumulate enough keys. Good luck!
