I'm just curious where the best place to buy the new Tex Murphy game is. I've bought download games before and companies have gone under. I'd like to know the safest longest lasting download site in case I get a new computer and need to download it later on. Any suggestions?
Thanks, Marci
PS. I'm so excited for this game, been waiting since 1998, WOOT!!!

GOG You can burn your games to disk if you're worried about GOG ever going under. There's no DRM on their games so you can play it any time, disk or digital. Gil.

Thank you so much Charllotte and Gil! That was my first choice but I'm glad I got a positive confirmation. And Gil, what a great idea about burning it to disc, I must be getting old, didn't even cross my mind, lol! Well, off to see Tex my all time fav!

Quick update! Yesterday when I was looking at GOG.com the game was priced at $19.99, but today it is on sale for $16.99. My Friday the 13th just keeps getting better and better!

Update on the new Tex, IT'S AWESOME! I have been laughing thru the entire experience and now I'm ready to go back and play all the old Tex games. I squealed with delight as Tex's hoovercraft flew over the old neighborhood and it felt so familiar! I totally recommend everyone try Tesla Effect!
