What email program are you using, my10? LiveMail, or similar? If LiveMail, for example, there's a drop-down arrow at top left of your email program, where after highlighting the email in question, you can then select "Save" and then "Save Attachments", and from there choose where you wish to save the file attachment. Every program is a little different. Edit: MaG's method sounds faster.

Don't try to open the attachment itself -- it won't work, that's why you're getting the bitmap file. Your computer can't read the file, only the game itself can. You need to save the file to your desktop without opening it, and then transfer it across into your saved game folder along with all of your other save files for this game. I found this link on how to save Yahoo email attachments: Yahoo attachments That site has other email tutorials if you need them. I hope that helps.

Hope you enjoyed it. There are three more games after Deadly Device: Ghost of Thornton Hall, The Silent Spy, and The Shattered Medallion.

Hi Betty, To trigger this, I think you need to first go and left-click on the candy bowl on Victor's desk. Then go back to Ryan and hopefully you should get the dialogue. Try that.

I'll send you a couple of saves from around this point, and you can use which is the closest. On their way to you in a few minutes.
