I on the other hand tried to play it but i had some troubles with the graphics... Maybe it was not compatible with winXp or my graphic card at that time... I never tried it since...

Well I just couldn't wait, so I downloaded the special setup program and the spec launcher (for running the game on win 7 64bit. I'm really pleased I did! What a game! When I first played this back in 98/99 I liked it, but this time replaying it I MUST SAY, I'M CRAZY in love with it. The story, the dialog, the wits EVERYTHING is outstanding. Tomorow I'll go on lookin throu the streets of Rubacava

Join the ranks, Lagavulin! Grim Fandango is the best game ever made in my opinion, the only one that left me feeling lost when it was over, as if I'd just said a final good-bye to dear friends. I'm not surprised you're in love with it.

I just installed Grim Fandango and runs just fine but I don't think it likes my graphic card. Lots of lines in the game. I played it years ago. I tried everything and I can't get them out. I'm having the same trouble you are having Volkana. I even changed the compatibility to win 95. I have xp now. Richard
