hello i need a save for Nancy's name in Japanese please and i never used a save game before so could someone tell me how to use a save game thanks

ok i did everything that the email said to do exactly but when i went to load the game save labeled 4 calligraphy didnt show up in the load game window

Scroll to the beginning of the load list and see if it is there.

no its not there and i checked the game folder on my computor its in the file just not when i go to load the game

Did you place it inside the Shadows folder that is in My Documents folder?
Double check and see.

yes its there i've checked and rechecked everything its not in the load game window

That's really strange.
Just a double check - there is a scroll arrow - I think at the right side of that load frame.
It should be at the very start (oldest) - bottom of the list (not the top one) - since they are arranged by dates.

thank you for that. Now I am trying to get past Suki. I use the command suki, mate and then try to take the puzzle box but I get a "fatal error" message. what am I doing wrong?

First, check to make sure that you are scrolling far enough down in the dialogue box and choosing the correct word. I seem to remember that the word "tate" is among the choices as well.

I can't find the 4th stone. Can I get a save immediately after all 4 stones are found?

I don't have a saved game for this; we will have to wait for someone who does.

Along with the stone that is already in the puzzle under the bridge, here is where they are located:

1) along the path next to the bridge and garden shed
2) near the base of the large lantern in the pond.
3) by the bench close to the lobby entrance.
4) near the base of the cherry tree.

How do I get to the stone by the large lantern in the pond? I keep on missing it. I just wind up going around and around the pond.
