I don't understand what the original issue was but all that is required to provide excellent customer service is to assist you in getting the help you need. Any thing above that you should just be thankful for and to expect more is really unrealistic.

I don't think they even HAVE credits for Collector's Editions. At least I've never seen one. they kept sending the same coupon code i already use and i understand what both of you are saying. Did you try it again after they sent it back to you? I had a coupon not work, and emailed them about it. They emailed back saying they couldn't see anything wrong with the code. I tried it again after receiving their message, and it worked.

Jenny, I can attest to the fact that they do indeed have coupon codes for Collector's Editions. How did you manage to get one of those?

I also purchased a CE that had glitches in both the main game and the bonus game. I was really enjoying it so I replayed the main game and managed to get past the glitch but, when one showed up in the bonus game, I contacted BF and they sent me a coupon for another CE.
I have always found BF Customer Support to be extremely generous because I received a coupon even when I was at fault. I had no idea that coupons not only expire on a certain day, but they also expire at the precise time the email was sent. When my coupon didn't work, I contacted BF Customer Support and, after the Rep explained what happened, she sent me a replacement with no expiry date.

i understand what everybody is saying,but 6 times sending me a code i already use and sending in dr felix result and no answer isn't right, i did the cake maina main street and princess isabela 2 return of the curse ce did work in the game manager not om the big fish web page.  and trhey are the best, they gave me 2 ce coupon codes for the trouble.
