I think PAN is referring to Nancy Drew games.
FIN is Nancy Drew 5: The Final Scene TRT is Nancy Drew 4: Treasure in a Royal Tower

There is a metal panel on the wall near the ladder. You should see a bunch of keys in there. If I remember correctly, the puzzle is random as to which key will work. I think there was plenty of time to find the correct one though. If the music gets on your nerves and makes you feel rushed, turn it off before starting this puzzle. Good luck

I think I know what your problem is... after flicking the switch.. did you close the switch-box .... if I remember right you have to close the switch-box to access the ladder on your right. Hope this helps.

PAN, Since this is a timed puzzle, it might be best to replay from after you back away from viewing the slide you found inside the projector. This is the time the 3 minute timer start and since by now you memorized the steps, you might be able to do it faster.

Hi PAN, If you look towards the upper left of the main Hints forum screen (not the current thread screen), you'll see a button that says New Topic. Hit that and you're on your way.
