Somebody has written on my post spot? Oh, well. Anyway you have been very helpful to me so please help again. I am at Palazzo Zaterre's irongate. As soon as I put my card in electonic keyopener the alarm goes off. Doesn't allow me to try for a code. Thanks for your help. Betty

Betty,

There are some possible reasons:
Are you using the keycard with electronic gadget?
Have you looked at the microdot in the microscope and saw the code needed to open this lock?
Is your dark oufit complete - mask-ears and all?

Yes, I am using the keycard that I got at the bank on the slot on the wall left of the gate. I have seen the code needed to open this lock and I am in complete black outfit. Still the alarm goes off before I am given chance to put in code. What now?

I would recommend that you start over from dressing up until going here.
If you have done everything correctly, that might loosen the problem.

Hi, Betty!

You should be using the card you picked up from Gina at the Rialto Market, not the one you got from the bank. When the codes appear, click on them in the correct order and you'll be able to open the door to the warehouse.

Good luck!

Susan

Is it just me? or does this game get harder and harder. Thanks to your help I am in the warehouse but don't know how to enter a room. I use keypad arrows to move around but can't enter a room. Can you help with this? Thanks. Betty

Betty, you posted in duplicate - I deleted one, and either you or another Mod deleted the other post at exactly the same time, leaving you with nowt on the thread. Here it is again for you.

The warehouse exits are identifiable by a path leading to a gap in the wall. Here's a diagram with arrows showing where these gaps are:

Hope that helps you get your bearings. luck

I have found one room in the warehouse with power circuit. have successfully lowered all shutters. However, where are the other rooms with power circuits and how do I safely get to them. Thanks. Betty

The power circuits are in each of the 4 corner rooms. They are depicted by a red Z in the diagram above.

For the best route to take, watch the robots closely - they are repetitive in their movements and you should soon see a clear pattern where you will be able to move and make your escape to the next room. Good luck.

I am definately at a standstill in this warehouse. My floor plan doesn't resemble yours at all. I found the one power circuit room sorta in the middle. Could you please send me a saved game for this. Thanks. Betty

alisandra,

Have you seen the cards in the file cabinet at the office and made note that one new card is missing?
Do you have the paper that was inside the Chinese box?

Hi alisandra,

Or, if you're at the stage where you need to read the Common Italian terms before Sophia will give you more information, you'll find the book on the table to the side of the door in Nancy's bedroom. The pages you need to study are at the back of the book; make sure you read ALL the pages of terms and phrases. luck

Hi, alisandra!

If you're still stuck, have you solved the fax machine puzzle yet and listened to everything in the company directory until Nancy mentions something about a "safe house"? Once you've done that, you should be able to call Sophia and get the stakeout location.

Hi Betty,

At the beginning, the agents will all give you various locations where they will each be hiding during the stakeout. A shadow will briefly appear to show you. Remember these locations, and don't click on them.

Now keep an eye out for a shadow appearing at any location not mentioned by any agent - and that will be Nico. As soon as you see his shadow, click on it. You need to correctly identify Nico on three separate occasions before he will be caught.

luck

Thank you so much for sending the saved game. I am having trouble pasting it to saved game. I saved the file you sent to the desktop,I then copied this and tried to paste to ND game folder in My Documents but there is no "paste" available when I right click. Any suggestions of what I am doing wrong. Thanks. Betty

Whoops! I was not going it correctly. Now I do have the file you sent. Thank. Betty

Make sure that you left-click anywhere in the white space of the save folder before right-clicking and selecting Paste. This action confirms the area where you want to paste the file to. luck
