Was just reading the forums at BF and several others are having the same problem. I tried it several more times and it is downloading now at 17%...fingers crossed!
ETA: It finished downloading and is fine...my suggestion is to keep trying.

Downloaded tonight with no problem. Like Flo said it picks up where Alawar quit, so played two hours for free. Only finished chpt.3, so should be a long game. The totems took me a while but finally figured it out. The walkthrough shows you how to solve it much quicker than I did. Got to buy it but just bought Mushroom and it's five more days 'till my credit kicks in Will I last? Don't think so

Not sure why but this large game downloaded in a flash for me. While yesterday's download took forever. I wonder if it has anything to do with how many people are downloading at the same time. Interesting game... I like it but am using way too many hints to find these small pieces. They sure are well hidden. Thanks, Ana, for the walkthrough link... I'll need it.

Hey NY Lady - the hints are "free" so I don't strain my eyes on the small pieces. If there's a time penalty or limited hints, I hoard them for the hard stuff, but in a game with unlimited hints, I use them freely. I also like to use a hint if there's only one or two pieces left in a scene because often in games like this where pieces are "locked or hidden", the hint lets me know to move on to another area and come back later when I have whatever object is necessary to unlock the hidden piece. It sure saves me lots of time and frustration looking for a piece that isn't there yet.
The characters in this game are UGLY; even their clothes are ugly. Guess I've been spoiled lately being a beautiful babe character like Samantha or Veronica. This game was fairly easy and the mini-games were easy too except maybe arranging the totem statues. I think children would appreciate this game and do well solving it.
BTW, I downloaded the game early this morning and it only took a few minutes. BFG's server was probably overwhelmed with too many members trying to download a large file at the same time.

I know what I'm supposed to do with the statues but can't seem to get them together. It seems every piece I try to move won't go anywhere so I can get the piece underneath. I looked at the walkthrough and it shows what to do but I just can't get it to work. Anyone have any other hints?

I can see where they go but because you can't put most pieces on others or some on the two tree stumps I can't match the colors.
In other words I can't get the green over to the middle column... it just won't go because the stuff on top of it can't be moved... I move the head, and the shoulders and there is no where left to put the other.
Does someone have steps I can follow or something?
I GOT IT!

Could someone please tell me the way to get the totems in the right order? I read the Walkthrough Guide but not very helpful in terms if how to move the pieces. I can't seem to get the torsos in the right places.
Also, where is the diamond that goes in the cave entrance? The Walkthrough mentions where to polace it but I haven't seen a diamond yet.
Thanks in advance.
RC What helped me most is someone here who suggested I move the heads to the stumps... somehow doing that and just throwing the other parts between the 3 totems...I got it.

The totem puzzle is somewhat similar to a Hanoi rings puzzle. The two stumps provide a 'holding area' so you can reach a lower piece and match it to the proper totem. In Hanoi rings, you can't put a larger ring over a smaller one - in the totem puzzle, you can't put a lower piece on top of a higher piece. Hope this helps any gamers who are still having problems.
