Maybe some Gabriel Knight fans would like to see
this. I've made a post on my blog about my trip to Rennes-le-Chateau and how the real city compares to the virtual version from Gabriel Knight 3. It's titled jokingly "Gabriel Knight, you liar!". Overall, don't treat too seriously my accusations that the game wasn't truthful enough.
I've put in plenty of high resolution photos - you can see where exactly places like Sauniere's church, Villa Bethania, Tour Magdala are located in the real town and how you move from one to another. In a while I'll post also a second part of this feature that will be showcase specifically the church in RLC.
I encourage adventure game fans to visit the
game section of my blog regularly. It is dedicated mostly (but not exclusively) to independent, lesser known (also underground) adventure games and various fan initiatives. The contents are pretty small right now, but in the coming weeks I will post plenty of interesting stuff, like reviews for Tale of a Hero, Edna & Harvey and A Second Face, and also some pretty exclusive interviews (I won't reveal with whom yet

).
