I re installed this a.m. for the 4th time and for now it's playing perfectly. I really like this game.

when I went to play again I had the same screen linda and I had before. I am definitely not going to re install every time I want to play!!!!! I bought it and guess I'll have to talk to BFG.

*I know what is wrong now. It changes the display settings. Then the screen doesn't show the parts I need to read at the bottom.

Hope you got this worked out, Patsy. On one game I played, I had to chnge the resolution on the display to get the game to fit.

I had to look for it a lot too because it was less obvious than the others.

I'm really enjoying this game. Although the premise of the story is a bit lame and the fairy tale element a bit childish, the environments are completely unexpected and quite interesting. Hidden object aspect is challenging without being frustrating. And Hints recharge quickly. I like the aspect of figuring out what inventory items to use to solve problems. And something I haven't seen before is that when you load your saved game you don't have to go through all the title and menu nonsense. Once the game is loaded, you're right where you left off.

Even after the corrections made by BFG I still only get half a picture,That is can't see the whole right side or bottom.

I downloaded the demo, but when I launch the game, my screen flickers and I can still see my desktop in the background, I tried changing the screen resolution but it didn't make any difference.

I uninstalled the game and downloaded it again this morning but, unfortunately, my screen still flickers and I can still see my desktop in the background. I guess I'll have to pass on this one.

I'm disappointed, but maybe I'll contact BFG Customer Service to see if they can come up with a solution. I didn't have any problems with the download but, unfortunately, there is something about my system that the game doesn't like.

This game was good up until the scene at the bar. I put the wrong opening in the wrong keg and now cannot get that open to put into the right keg.
I REALLY don't want to start all over just to get to that part a gain. It's a shame because it was a good game up until that point.

I updated my video drivers yesterday and decided to download "Skymist" again to see if the new drivers would solve the problem I was having. They did!!!

If I enjoy the demo, I'll add this one to my August purchases because I'm done for July.

So glad it's working now!

I had the same problem with flickering and solved it by setting it to Window mode, which wasn't much smaller, but it worked.

After I updated my video drivers, I was able to play the demo in full screen mode without any problems. Before I did that, it was completely unplayable.
