when I unzip it, it only has the one file in it, the PNG file.

Try this other saved game sent.

I re-downloaded the frist zip and it had both files so tried that one again..but no go..it shut the game down. downloaded the second one and same thing, it gets to an inch left of loading then shuts the game down.
what am I doing wrong? I put it in mydocuments/jack keane/saves

I also noticed when I download the file it gets to 517k and says its downloaded but the actually file says it 524k.

Glad to know I'm not alone! I'm having the same problem where I can't see the frying pan on Murphy's backpack. Is there any way someone can send me a vista save game? I'd really appreciate it! Thank you!

The saved game by catsmom is sent to you. I don't know where the saved game folder is located. Check if it is in My Documents.

I know that Jack Keane came out some time ago but I just got it from a download site and found I can,t get the frying pan from Murphy. I have read the thread and was wondering if by some miracle someone still had the game saved after the glitch. Thank you for any help.

Which download site? It might be missing a file when you downloaded it.
