Ok. Try the trailers-movie here. That might give you an idea. Although demo would be better bec you manipulate the characters.

mission, I'm sure you'll enjoy it. Syberia tops our Annual Game List every year without fail (link at the top of the page). Hi BT, I'm with you on that. Both Syberias have that magical something about them that most other games find difficult to capture so precisely.

The thing that annoyed me about Keepsake was all those visions taking me away from point A (which took a lot of walking to get to) to point B just so I could walk back to point A. I needed the map to find my way back.

Mission -- game designers make decisions for various reasons that we gamers can only guess at when we see the finished product, but it is their intention to entertain us -- really, it is. I think the designers of Keepsake were trying to give us a sense of scale -- of what it would be like to wander around in that huge, gorgeous environment. Many people loved Keepsake -- it ranked near the top in last June's Twisty List here at GameBoomers. If you stopped after the first puzzle, you haven't been very far into the game.

I loved Keepsake, but I'm with Jenny100--the save system was a definite yuk!

I pre-ordered my Syberia I & II from Amazon, I have them already as single packages but they are my all time favorite games and for $9.99 its worth it to have them in this nice collectors package! I have Keepsake on my shelf, have not played it yet, but I see we have mixed reviews. I also have Paradise by Sokal on my shelf and can't wait until I can get my hands on Sinking Island and of course he's developing a new one which sounds awesome. This summer will be my "catch-up-on-all-my-adventure-games". I have a shelf full but I know once I play them all I will then be at the mercy of new releases and of course release dates.

This IS very good news. Just FYI, looks like jewel case versions of Syberia, Still Life and Dracula will be available in early May at a $9.95 list. No sign of Syberia II though yet. -dave We got two of these in stock today and got quite a surprise. Syberia is actually Syberia I & II together. In a $9.95 jewel case!! Considering Syberia II has been out of print for over a year, this is a great deal. Likewise, Dracula is both Last Sanctuary and Resurrection, again for just $9.95. We should have Still Life tomorrow I believe. -dave
